Moonshots
Accenture
Project Overview
Accenture needed one idea to anchor how the whole company talked about the future of intelligence, on its largest stages and in its most important rooms: CES, the World Economic Forum, leadership and investor conversations. The easy version was spectacle, AI as an unstoppable force, the story every competitor was already telling. I built the opposite. I reframed the company's position around a single argument: the future is partnership, not replacement, and the point of the technology is to amplify what people are already good at. That moved the whole story off technology heroics and onto trust, judgement and responsibility.
Final Outcome
The reframe became Accenture's stated position on the future of the internet and AI, used to align leadership, brief sales teams and steer investor conversations across markets. It gave a company that could have said anything about AI one clear thing to stand for, and changed how it was understood in public, from a story about technology to a story about people. It showed that the narrative is not a wrapper around the strategy. It is the strategy.
