Project Overview
NTT DOCOMO and Accenture were building Universal Wallet Infrastructure, a system that lets banks, businesses and governments verify identity, money and credentials across platforms never designed to connect. The technology was ready. Belief in it was not. Infrastructure this abstract lives or dies on whether leadership, engineers, enterprise clients and investors can all see the same future in it. I built the narrative that made them. The business ran on trust, so I made trust the idea the whole thing stood on, then shaped it into a strategic story that held from the boardroom to the launch. Final Outcome
Trust became the shared language of the entire programme, the one idea that aligned NTT and Accenture inside the building and carried out to enterprise clients and investors. It gave an emerging and easily misunderstood category a story people could repeat and act on. Universal Wallet Infrastructure launched worldwide in January 2026, with that narrative still framing how the business is explained, sold and funded.
