Project Overview
NTT Global and Accenture were building Universal Wallet Infrastructure, technology that lets businesses, banks and governments issue and verify identity, money and credentials across systems never built to talk to each other.
The technology worked. The strategic case was sound. What was missing was the human idea that would make leadership, enterprise clients and investors believe in it.
The business was built on trust, so trust became the DNA of the strategic narrative. I wrote it, directed it and produced it as a film, not to explain the technology, but to say why it mattered. One story, every market, every team.
Final Outcome
Trust was adopted as the human truth across the global project, connecting internal and external content under a single framework.
